All visitors must report to Reception on arrival. Please enter the school using the Exeter Street entrance. If visitors have an appointment with a member of staff they will be issued with a visitor’s badge to identify them as bona fide guests. Please expect ID to be checked at reception and come prepared to supply this. Visitors will be guided to their appointment destination, or their staff contact will be telephoned to advise of their visitor’s arrival. Parking is generally not permitted on the school site.
All visitors have to check out at Reception following their appointment. Visitors must return their badge to the duty Receptionist and exit the school via Exeter Street.
No parent or visitor is permitted to enter any school buildings including the Sports Hall without permission, for any reason.
These rules are in place to protect students and staff; they also benefit visitors and are an important part of both child protection and health and safety, in the event of a fire.

From Wilton (A36), Devizes (A360)
After reaching the Salisbury Ring Road, turn left onto the dual carriageway and continue to the roundabout where it meets the A345 from Amesbury. Go straight ahead. At the next roundabout, where the A30 from London joins, take the fourth exit onto the dual carriageway signposted Southampton / Bournemouth. You will see the Cathedral ahead of you on the right. At the College Roundabout, continue straight on in the right-hand lane (signposted Bournemouth), and remain in that lane as you exit. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Exeter Street (signposted City Centre). Continue for approximately 300 metres until you reach a Pelican crossing. About 20 metres after the lights, turn left through the gap in the wall into the School yard. If you have pre-booked a parking space, or your event specifies that parking is available, press the intercom to request that Reception raise the barrier, then park only in your designated space so as not to block other vehicles. At the traffic lights where the two roads meet, follow the signs for the City Centre and continue along the short stretch of dual carriageway with Halfords on your left. At the next roundabout, go straight ahead into Exeter Street (second exit – signposted City Centre). Proceed along Exeter Street for about 300 metres until you come to a Pelican crossing. You turn left 20 metres past the lights in the gap in the wall and into the School yard. If you have reserved a space in advance or the event you are attending says that parking is available, press the intercom to ask reception to raise the barrier and park in your designated space so as not to block another vehicle. If your event does not specify parking is available there are several local pay and display car parks within 5 minutes walk of the school, please follow the brown roadside information signs. Walking from Salisbury Railway Station
Sixth Form Students who regularly come in by train and are aged 16-18 may wish to consider either a 16-17 Saver or a 16-25 Railcard
Exit the station and turn left, walking downhill with the high wall on your left. Cross at the pedestrian crossing just before the mini roundabout, then continue along Fisherton Street. After crossing the river and passing the Kings Head pub, turn right at the traffic lights and walk straight ahead towards the Cathedral. Continue through the pedestrian precinct, go straight over the lights by Prezzo, and enter the Cathedral Close through the Queen Anne Gate. Walk towards the security hut, then turn left and follow the road all the way to the end, ignoring the side gate at No. 11. Exit through the archway onto the main road. Turn right, and the School’s Exeter Street entrance is approximately 300 yards ahead on your right. The Reception building is on your left as you enter the car park. Please press the intercom at the security gate to speak to Reception.
